Return Process
- 1.Inspect & Document
Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately and take clear photographs of any damage to the packaging or the product itself.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our distillery support team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and the attached documentation of the issue.
- 3.Verification Review
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2 business days to verify the defect and approve the return or exchange.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either dispatch a replacement shipment at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
